When dealing with difficult assignments, I spend more time wondering how and when to start. A growth mindset denotes that one believes their talents and intelligence can be advanced over a certain period. After taking time to study the mindset characteristics, the features that I will adopt to work through difficult assignments this semester are feedback and criticism. An example of a difficult assignment could be a topic that I am unfamiliar with. I understand that for me to grow, feedback and criticism needs to be received with a positive mindset. By taking feedback positively helps one learn how to face similar tasks better. Effort is a characteristic that I will adopt in difficult assignments throughout the semester since I believe that putting effort demonstrates one’s willingness to embrace a challenge.
